Gujarat High Court Legal Assistant Recruitment (Contractual)
The High Court of Gujarat is recruiting for 32 Legal Assistant positions on a contractual basis for an initial period of 11 months, with a possible extension of up to 11 months.
Eligibility
- Age: Not more than 26 years old as of July 19, 2024 (application deadline)
- Education: Fresh law graduate with a minimum of 55% marks (or equivalent) from a recognized university in India. Final year students may apply conditionally.
- Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of computer applications/operation
- Language: Familiarity with Gujarati

* Application Deadline: July 19, 2024 (11:59 PM)
* Written Test (MCQs): August 11, 2024 (Sunday)
* Viva-voce Test (Oral Interview): Tentatively August/September 2024
Additional Notes
- Reservation policy does not apply.
- Existing Legal Assistants are not eligible to apply.
- Appointment can be terminated by either side with one month's notice.
- The High Court can terminate appointment without notice for unsatisfactory service or rule violations.
